Golden Pond Overlook

Trinity Homes has six home sites available at Golden Pond Overlook, a community of single-family homes in southern Carroll County.

The Sykesville community, adjacent to Piney Run Park and Piney Run Lake, offers well and septic systems, with electric heat and cooking as standard features. Propane and oil heat are available as options. The home sites range from 2 to 5 acres.

Trinity offers 14 floor plans, which can be customized for buyers. The plans range from 2,500 square feet to 4,200 square feet, and base prices range from $340,600 to $540,600.

Standard features include a two-car, side-entry garage; 9-foot first-floor ceilings; hardwood foyer; a wood-burning fireplace and ceramic tile bathroom floors.

Trinity does not have a model open at the community but is conducting sales from an office at its Whitetail Woods community in Howard County.

One plan available at Golden Pond Overlook is the Trenton, with a base square footage of 2,944 for $367,300. The Trenton features a spacious kitchen with an island and a cathedral ceiling in the family room.
