William Shatner seeks out and explores strange new foods as "chairman" of Iron Chef USA, a new American version of the popular Japanese culinary show. In the first show, which airs 9 p.m. Friday on United Paramount Network, Chef Kerry Simon battles against one of four iron chefs.
