Columbia Builders has eight homes available and a model open at the Overlook, a luxury townhouse community in Frederick County.

The three-story townhouses in Frederick are on public water and sewer systems and come with gas heat and cooking.

Standard features of the two available floor plans include a finished library, Colonial base molding, solid oak stair rails and handrails, ceramic tile bathroom walls, cultured marble vanity tops, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor and vinyl siding.

The base price of the model, the Pendleton, is $164,350 for 2,100 square feet.

The entry level has a foyer, 11-by-11-foot library, 15-by-19 family room and a powder room.

The first floor offers three layout choices, with the kitchen in the front, center or rear of the house. The rear-kitchen plan offers a 19-by-13-foot kitchen, 16-by-19 dining room and 19-by-12 living room.

The second floor consists of an 11-by-15-foot master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet; a full hall bath and linen cabinet; 10-by-11 bedroom; and a 9-by-10 bedroom.

To get to the Overlook, take Interstate 70 west toward Frederick to I-270. Take Exit 5 west to Himes Avenue. The community is on Himes Avenue on the left.

The model is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
