Habitat will finish house work Saturday

The recently formed Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County has finished a house for Northeast Social Action Program in Hampstead and will complete another project Saturday.

The group, consisting of members of several Southeast-area churches, and others will finish work on a house at 1816 Sams Creek Road.

Work will include block masonry, pipe insulation, perimeter drain installation, putting on a frame for a sliding door, and cleanup of the work site.

Volunteers are needed. Community service hours are available for youths.
