Carroll Realtors install officers for coming year

The Carroll County Association of Realtors recently installed its officers for the coming year at a ceremony in Westminster.

The association's 2002 president is Steve Meszaros, a sales office manager for O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA in Mount Airy. He lives in Eldersburg and is a 24-year real estate veteran.

Other new officers include Gary Bockelmann, vice president, from OPF/ERA; Janice R. Kirkner, treasurer, from Long and Foster Real Estate Inc.; and John A. Eichler, secretary, from OPF/ERA.

Thursday: Eastern Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a homebuyer workshop. Attendance at one of these workshops is required for participation in the Baltimore County Settlement Expense Loan Program, the Incentive Purchase Program or the state's low-interest rate mortgage program.
