Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Robbery/arrest: Police arrested one man and were seeking another in the robbery Monday afternoon of an elderly man in the 4100 block of E. Joppa Road. The victim, 85, was in a food store about 10:30 a.m. when two men knocked him to the floor and stole his wallet containing $100. The men drove off in a Toyota Camry that police followed to Magledt Road and Britinay Lane, where the car was abandoned. One suspect was caught in a yard and the other escaped into a wooded area. Charged with robbery, assault and resisting arrest and held in $15,000 bail at the Detention Center in Towson was Willie Mosley, 47, of the 2700 block of The Alameda in Baltimore.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Appliances valued at more than $2,000 were stolen between Oct. 19 and Tuesday from an apartment in the 12300 block of Ross Ridge Road by someone who entered through a door.

Garrison Precinct

Bank robbery: A man robbed Allfirst Bank in the 3700 block of Old Court Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday after giving a teller a holdup note.

Burglary: A mountain bicycle, paint-ball gun, 35 mm camera and video games - all valued at more than $3,500 - were stolen Oct. 7 from a shed in the 4800 block of Oakley Park Road. The burglary was reported Tuesday.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery: A woman, 50, was removing groceries from her car in the 2200 block of E. Lombard St. on Tuesday afternoon when a man armed with a kitchen knife robbed her of $30.

Robbery: Three men, one armed with an unknown weapon, robbed a 30-year-old woman of $34 while she was walking in the 100 block of S. Bouldin St. on Tuesday evening.

Eastern District

Assault: A man, 25, and a woman, 23, were walking in the 2000 block of E. Fayette St. about 3 a.m. Tuesday when a gunman fired several shots at them. Neither person was hit, and the gunman escaped.

Northeastern District

Theft: All four tires were stolen from a 1997 Nissan Quest while it was parked Tuesday morning in the 6000 block of Belair Road. The value of the tires was unknown.

Northwestern District

Rape: A woman, 27, was walking in the 3200 block of W. Garrison Ave. about 3 a.m. Tuesday when a man pulled her behind a house, struck her in the face and raped her. She told police the man had followed her from the corner of Park Heights and Virginia avenues, and told her he recently was released from jail. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

Stolen vehicle: A green 2000 Ford van with tags M599818 was stolen Oct. 18 in the 4000 block of Lewiston Ave. The theft was reported Tuesday.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Video games and game accessories, a DVD player and two pillow cases were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 600 block of Gibson Road. The thief entered the house through a rear basement door after removing the molding.

Northern District

Burglary: A 13-inch television and 50 compact discs - all valued at nearly $1,000 - were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 3100 block of N. Calvert St.

Theft from vehicle: Tools valued at $50 were stolen Tuesday from a 1993 Toyota Corolla parked in the 200 block of E. 31st St.
