Fruity snack

Health-conscious eaters already know applesauce is a better choice than, say, a chocolate candy bar. Now Mott's has introduced Healthy Harvest, an un- sweetened applesauce blended with other fruit. The snack is packaged in six 3.9-ounce containers and comes in three flavors, Country Berry, Summer Strawberry and Peach Medley. The suggested retail price is $1.99.

With no added sugar, Healthy Harvest is a good choice for diabetics. The snack fits a diabetic meal plan as one fruit exchange. It contains no sodium, fat or cholesterol, and has only about 50 calories in each serving.
