Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder and four cases of Girl Scout cookies - all valued at more than $200 - were stolen during the weekend from a house in the 600 block of N. Bouldin St. by someone who entered through a kitchen door.

Burglary: A stained-glass window valued at $700 was stolen Saturday from the transom above the front door of a house in the 600 block of S. Montford Ave.

Burglary: Someone broke into Bristol Liquors in the 500 block of S. Broadway through a second-floor window Saturday and removed at least $300 from a cash register.

Southern District

Theft/arrests: A man, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested Friday and charged with stealing a mo-ped that day in the 2400 block of S. Hanover St. The mo-ped was recovered in the 1500 block of Light St.

Northeastern District

Rape: Police were seeking two men who attacked and raped a woman, 20, in the 3400 block of Cliftmont Ave. about 11 p.m. Friday. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center and released.

Northwestern District

Burglary: Hand and power tools - all valued at $500 - were stolen during the weekend from a construction company's storage shed in the 4800 block of Seton Drive.

Robbery: A woman, 28, was walking in the 3500 block of Carsdale Ave. about 9:30 p.m. Friday when a gunman robbed her of $55.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Theft: While a woman was getting change after refueling her car at a gas station at Wise Avenue and Church Road about 7 p.m. Saturday, a man stole a purse she left on the car's roof. It contained cash and property - all valued at more than $500.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: While two motorists were arguing at Padonia Road and Tyburn Court about 10 a.m. Saturday after a traffic incident, one of them pulled a handgun and robbed the other of his car stereo, an amplifier and three compact discs - all valued at nearly $1,200. The gunman drove off in a gray Buick with unknown tags.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A boy, 17, was walking on Lawrence Road near Duvall Avenue about 1 a.m. Saturday when a man stepped from behind bushes, struck him with a beer bottle and robbed him of a silver necklace valued at $100.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 42, was refueling her car at a gas station in the 7300 block of McClean Blvd. about 2 a.m. Saturday when a man she knew asked her for $5. After taking the money, the man implied he was armed with a handgun and robbed her of $180.
