Today

Francis Scott Key (4-2) at Walkersville (1-5)

When: 7 p.m.

Outlook: One week after setting a county record with six touchdowns and rushing for 243 yards against South Hagerstown, Key running back Brad Stonesifer will look for another big day against Walkersville. The Lions have allowed an average of 31 points in their five losses, while the Eagles have scored an average of 41 over their past three wins. Key, hoping for a repeat of last year's 28-19 win over Walkersville, in looking to improve to 4-2 in the Monocacy Valley Athletic League.

Frederick (4-1) at Westminster (5-1)

When: 7 p.m.

Outlook: In a game with huge implications for either team's playoff chances, Westminster will try to make it five straight against a Frederick team that has outscored North Carroll and South Carroll by a combined 85-18. The option-oriented Cadets are led by QB Kyle Pittman and all-conference FB Jarrod Brown. Westminster will look to keep dominate time of possession with RB Eric Saunders (130 carries, 1,006 yards) and FB Todd Edmondson.

Urbana (5-0) at North Carroll (1-5)

When: 7 p.m.

Outlook: A tough season looks to get much tougher for the Panthers when they face three-time defending state champion Urbana. The Hawks, who in consecutive weeks have beaten South Carroll and Liberty by a combined score of 106-7, look to extend their MPSSAA-record winning streak to 44. North Carroll, conversely, has dropped four straight while getting outscored 157-27. The Panthers hope to take advantage of the extra emotion of homecoming to give the Frederick County team a fight.
