Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Robbery: A pizza deliveryman was assaulted by four men about 7 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Harlem Ave., and was robbed of more than $100 and two pizzas.

Southeastern District

Thefts from autos: Three vehicles parked in the 500 block of S. Eden St. were broken into during the weekend. Stolen were power tools, clothing, a cellular phone, purses and credit cards - all valued at more than $1,100.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A man, 46, was returning to his 1999 Pontiac Grand Am after removing $10 from an ATM in the 3200 block of Belair Road about 3 a.m. Saturday when two gunmen robbed him of the money, a gold watch and his car. The car has tags FWD 191.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Kidnapping/arrests: Three men were arrested early Sunday and charged in the armed kidnapping of an 18-year-old woman - an ex-girlfriend of one of the suspects. Police said the woman was in the 1300 block of Windlass Drive when she was forced into a vehicle that sped off and was followed by two other vehicles, allegedly driven by accomplices. In the 1500 block of E. Baltimore St., city police stopped the three vehicles and arrested the men. The woman was not harmed. Charged with kidnapping and a deadly weapon charge and held without bail was the woman's former boyfriend, Thaddeus Goode, 19, of the 5900 block of Ayleshire Road. Held on $510,000 bail was Phillip Turner, 22, of the 1300 block of Gittings Ave. The third man, Whye Davon, 22, of the 1800 block of Weyburn Road, was being held on $300,000 bail. A .45-caliber handgun believed used in the incident was recovered from Turner's vehicle, police said.

Burglaries/arrest: A man, 38, was arrested early Saturday and charged with four instances of entering laundry rooms at Windsor Homes of Essex in the 1100 block of Middleway Road between Thursday and Saturday and stealing money from clothes washers and dryers. When arrested, the man's clothing contained graphite powder that police had used to lift fingerprints from the machines after one of the first thefts. Held at the county detention center on $100,000 bail was Daniel Pollock of the 1500 block of Chilworth Ave.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A motorist who had picked up a man in downtown Baltimore was dropping him off in the first block of Spindrift Circle about 12:20 p.m. Saturday when the departing passenger, implying he had a gun, robbed him of a cellular phone.

White Marsh Precinct

Carjacking: A Checker Cab driver picked up three men on Baltimore Street in the city about 10 p.m. Saturday and drove them to Hazelwood Avenue and Kelbourne Road, where one of them pulled a handgun and robbed the cabbie of $80 and his vehicle, with tags 28628B.
