Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two apparently unarmed men assaulted a man, 64, about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday as he walked in the 3600 block of Brehms Lane and robbed him of cassette tapes, eyeglasses and a wallet containing nearly $50.

Stolen vehicle: A four-door 1994 Dodge Shadow with tags HVC 705 was stolen Tuesday in the 2000 block of Crestview Ave.

Southwestern District

Theft: Computer equipment valued at nearly $7,000 was stolen between Oct. 6 and Tuesday from Victor Graphics Inc. in the 1200 block of Bernard Drive.

Central District

Robbery: Police were seeking three men, one armed with a handgun, who assaulted a man, 62, as he walked in the 200 block of E. Lanvale St. about 6 p.m. Tuesday and robbed him of more than $100.

Southeastern District

Shooting: A male, 17, remained under treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital after being shot in the right leg and chest while walking in the 3000 block of E. Fairmount Ave. about 11 p.m. Monday. He was listed in stable condition yesterday. No arrest had been made.

Burglary: A mountain bicycle valued at $400 was stolen Tuesday from a shed in the 6700 block of O'Donnell St.

Theft from vehicle: A 13-inch combination television/videocassette recorder valued at nearly $300 was stolen Tuesday from a Freightliner tractor parked in the 700 block of S. Haven St.

Western District

Theft from vehicle: A compact disc player and 24 compact discs - all valued at more than $400 - were stolen Tuesday from a 1994 Nissan Sentra parked in the 2300 block of Harlem Ave.

Burglary: A laptop computer valued at $1,800 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1100 block of N. Mount St.

Theft from vehicle: Computer equipment valued at $2,000 was stolen Tuesday from a 1998 Ford Taurus station wagon parked in the 800 block of W. Baltimore St.

Eastern District

Assault: A man, 23, was being sought after he cut a woman, 19, on the right thumb with a knife while the two argued in the 1600 block of Rutland Ave. late Tuesday.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 35, was walking on Hillsway Avenue near Deanwood Road about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when a man ripped a purse containing $50 and credit cards from her shoulder and escaped on foot.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a house under construction in the 14800 block of Hunting Way in Phoenix on Tuesday and stole a vanity top, several faucets, a sink and other appliance parts and equipment - all valued at more than $1,000.

Burglary: Several fishing rods, dishes, knives and kitchen utensils - all valued at nearly $900 - were stolen between Oct. 1 and Tuesday from a shed in the 13900 block of Sunnybrook Road in Phoenix.

Burglary: Cash and a videocassette recorder - all valued at nearly $300 - were stolen between Oct. 4 and Tuesday from a house in the 900 block of Bernoudy Road by someone who entered through a door.

Garrison Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A 2000 Ford Contour with tags JBV 005 was stolen Tuesday in the 10300 block of Red Run Blvd. in Owings Mills, where it had been left with its engine running.
