Review: If your tuna salad is always tempting, you probably don't need Chicken of the Sea's new tuna-salad kit. But these kits are a lifesaver if you're tuna- or time- impaired. Included are a pouch of tuna, mayonnaise or salad dressing, dehydrated vegetables and seasonings. The onions were mixed right into the mayonnaise in the Mayonnaise & Onion kit. The vegetables included green and red pepper pieces. And I used the enclosed packet of bread crumbs to bind everything together, but you wouldn't have to. The kits easily fill four sandwiches. If you're serving the salad alone, however, better plan on one kit for two people. Other flavors include Savory Smoked and Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
