Tonight's game

San Francisco (1-1) at N.Y. Jets (1-1)

Time: 9 p.m., chs. 2, 7.

Line: Jets by 3.

Ken Murray's outlook: The 49ers are 34-20 on Monday night, and one more win ties them with Miami for most Monday night victories. The Jets have some history in prime time, too. They scored 30 points in the fourth quarter of a Monday night game against Miami last year and won in overtime. The QB matchup of San Francisco's Jeff Garcia and New York's Vinny Testaverde could produce some electricity. Both defenses look vulnerable, although the return of LB Julian Peterson will help the 49ers. The Jets recently revamped their defensive line, not a good sign this early in the year.
