Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Shooting: Police were seeking an unknown assailant who shot a 17-year-old boy in the right arm and right side during an incident Friday night in the 1400 block of Mosander Way in O'Donnell Heights. After being shot, the victim ran to the 6500 block of O'Donnell St., where police found him. He was listed in good condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Robbery: A man, 48, was in the first block of N. Montford Ave. about 2 a.m. Saturday when a man armed with a knife robbed him of a ring and cash.

Robbery: A boy described as 12 to 13 years old attacked a 38-year-old man about 1 p.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of McElderry St. and robbed him of a cellular phone.

Stolen car: A black 1993 Toyota with tags JDT 085 was stolen during the weekend in the 400 block of N. Rose St.

Northeastern District

Purse snatch: A woman, 31, was in the 4200 block of Parkside Drive early Saturday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property - all valued at more than $100.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1500 block of E. 29th St. on Saturday and took the keys to the occupant's 1995 Mercury Tracer, which was parked outside. The intruder stole the car, which had Virginia tags YFS 3198.

Southern District

Assault: A man, 36, was arguing with two other men in the 2500 block of Giles Road about 9 p.m. Saturday when one of them pulled out a sharp object and cut him on the neck. The victim was treated at Harbor Hospital Center.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 3000 block of Poplar Terrace through a window Saturday and stole 13 cans of paint valued at $200.

Assault: A man, 23, was walking in the 1300 block of Gloster Ave. on Saturday night on his way to his girlfriend's house when another man got out of a car and struck him several times on both legs and the left arm. The victim refused medical treatment.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Gun stolen: A .25-caliber semiautomatic handgun valued at $200 was stolen from the bedroom of a house in the 200 block of Chestnut St. between June 1 and Saturday.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary/arrest: A homeless woman, 38, was arrested Saturday inside a house in the 3000 block of Butler Road in Glyndon while the occupants were away. In addition to burglary, the woman also was charged with theft of cutlery valued at $200. The cutlery was recovered.
