Bob Ward Homes has opened a model and is offering 23 home sites in Fallston Valley Farms, a community of single-family homes in Harford County.

The Fallston community offers traditional-style homes on three-fourths- to 2-acre lots. The homes are on well-and-septic systems and come with electric heat; propane is optional.

Standard features include a hardwood foyer, brick or stone fireplace, Corian island kitchen countertop and two-car garage.

There are five home models available at the community. Base prices range from $319,900 to $366,900 for 2,400 square feet to 3,120 square feet. The model, the Oxford, costs $366,900 for 3,120 square feet, but comes with several options, including a 4-foot family room extension, morning room and sitting room, and three-level covered porch.

The first floor has a foyer, 14-by-14-foot dining room, 24-by-14 kitchen and breakfast area, powder room, laundry room, covered porch, 21-by-12 optional morning room, 16-by-15 family room, 13-by-12 study and 13-by-13 living room.

The second floor consists of a 21-by-15-foot master bedroom with master bath, walk-in closet and optional 21-by-11 sitting room. Other rooms include two 13-by-11 bedrooms with walk-in closets and a 13-by-12 bedroom.

To reach Fallston Valley Farms, take Interstate 95 to Exit 74 to Route 152 north. Follow for 8.5 miles, turn right on Carr's Mill Road and then left on Ryan Road. Go one-half-mile to a right on Fallston Valley Drive to the sales center and model.
