Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct:

Armed robbery: A man wearing a black ski mask and wielding a large knife robbed the Royal Farms store on Chartley Drive in Reisterstown about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday. He ordered a clerk to hand over the money from two cash registers. The robber fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Burglary: A telephone, compact disc player and $400 were taken from an apartment in the 6300 block of Liberty Road between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Coins and jewelry valued at more than $10,000 were taken Tuesday from two homes in the first block of Millbridge Court.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District:

Theft: Sixty 10-pound buckets of Gold Bond spackling compound worth $600 were taken from a construction site in the 4800 block of Seton Drive. Workers discovered the spackling was missing about 9 a.m. yesterday. It had been left unsecured overnight after it was delivered Tuesday on large pallets.

Larceny from auto: Three bowling balls, a wallet and a CD case holding 100 compact discs - all valued at $650 - were taken from a Chevy Blazer while it was parked Tuesday night or early yesterday in the 3800 block of Oakford Ave. The doors had been locked, but the passenger side window had been broken previously. The owner found the car doors unlocked and the property missing yesterday morning.

Burglary: About $835 worth of property - including light fixtures, a drill, a saw and the kitchen sink - was taken from a house in the 3700 block of W. Garrison Ave. between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 yesterday morning. The house was entered through a rear basement door.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two men with revolvers held up Curraus Deli in the 5500 block of Belair Road about 1 p.m. Tuesday, taking an undisclosed amount of cash.

Stolen vehicle: A 1995 black Mitsubishi Gallant, with tags FDV 702, was stolen from the rear of the 2000 block of Winford Road between late Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Stolen vehicle: A 1989 Jeep truck, with tags M128245, was stolen Monday from the 4200 block of Hillen Road.

Eastern District

Larceny from auto: Someone broke into an automobile in the 1400 block of E. North Ave. on Tuesday and took $1,800 worth of property, including a car phone, suitcase and CDs.

Western District

Robbery: A man about to make a purchase at Gordon's Liquor in the 1200 block of Mosher St. was robbed about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday by a man who displayed a handgun.- Stephanie Desmon and Scott Calvert
