OPF lists $72.5 million in '01 commercial activity

O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA reports that its Commercial Services division had year-to-date commercial sales and leasing of $72.5 million through July.

Since the new division didn't track commercial real estate activity until recently, OPF officials said figures weren't available for the similar period last year.

More than 65 percent of the division's business is in sales with the rest in leasing. Transactions include office and retail buildings, strip centers, hotels and research and development buildings, said R. Dennis German, OPF's director of commercial services.
