ROCKVILLE - A 31-year-old Hyattsville man was charged yesterday in the death of Tony Davis, a Housing Opportunities Commission employee who was killed last October in front of his two young children at his Germantown home.

Kenneth Reese, 31, was arrested yesterday afternoon in Prince George's County and charged with first-degree murder.

Investigators said Davis and Reese had argued outside a nearby convenience store several hours before the shooting.

Police say they believe the killing was in retaliation for the earlier dispute, police said.

Davis, a maintenance engineer for the apartment complex in which he lived, was shot outside his vehicle, in which his children were waiting.
