Baltimore City

Central District

Drug arrest: A 16-year-old male was arrested Wednesday after police observed him stashing 150 vials of crack cocaine worth $1,500 in a vacant house in the 1000 block of Harlem Ave. Charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs was a resident of the 700 block of W. Saratoga St.

Western District

Drug arrests: After observing two men allegedly trying to destroy vials of cocaine in the 2100 block of Boyd St. on Wednesday, police arrested them and seized the damaged vials and 114 more from a nearby stash. Charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine were Kevin Hart, 18, of the 3000 block of Harlem Ave. and Rodd Brown Jr., 18, of the 1500 block of Lanhorne Court.

Eastern District

Robbery: Two men robbed a man Wednesday of his shirt, wallet and cash - all valued at $92 - in the 1800 block of Aisquith St.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Escape: Jackie Weatherley, 19, of Glen Burnie, who is serving 18 months for robbery, failed to returned Wednesday to the county detention center from his work-release job and was being sought by police.

Garrison Precinct

Bank robbery: A man claiming a device he was holding was a bomb robbed Valley Bank of Maryland in the 9100 block of Reisterstown Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 11 a.m. Wednesday.
