Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Shooting arrest: Kevin A. Brown, 16, of the 1800 block of Poplar Grove St., who is charged as an adult with multiple counts of attempted murder and related charges in the shootings Monday of two girls, was arrested yesterday by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and held at Central Booking and Intake Center. The girls, both age 10, suffered leg wounds in the afternoon shooting on Furrow Street. Police said the shots had been aimed at another male on the street after an argument. The girls were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and released.

Robbery/arrests: A man was in the 5400 block of Belair Road about 4:20 a.m. Tuesday when two other men, one armed with what appeared to be a handgun, robbed him of $20 before the pair rode off on bicycles. Moments later, in the 3000 block of Mayfield Ave., police detained two men on bicycles that fit the descriptions given by the victim. From one of them, police seized a BB pistol believed to have been used in the robbery. Charged with armed robbery was Antwaine Hill, 23, and a juvenile, 16, both of the 1200 block of Bonaparte Ave.

Central District

Robbery: A woman was in the 400 block of W. Lexington St. about 5 p.m. Tuesday when she was assaulted by a man who stole her purse containing cash and property -- all valued at $60.

Robbery: A driver for Pepsi Cola Co. was in the first block of E. Fayette St. about 5 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.

Southeastern District

Burglary: Someone entered the office at Super Fund Golf Range in the 6500 block of E. Lombard St. on Tuesday and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a safe and a cash register.

Robbery: A gunman robbed Dollar Zone in the 400 block of S. Broadway of more than $400 about 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Northwestern District

Burglary: Jewelry and cash -- valued at nearly $1,000 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 6600 block of Vincent Lane.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 3500 block of Virginia Ave. between Aug. 15 and Aug. 22 and stole five windows, a refrigerator and a stove -- valued at more than $2,300. The burglary was reported Tuesday.

Western District

Burglary: Someone entered Food City in the 2000 block of W. Lafayette Ave. overnight Tuesday through a drop ceiling by lowering a rope from a rooftop water pipe and stole cigarettes valued at $100. It was not known how the intruder exited the store.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 88, was in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road about 2 p.m. Tuesday when a man stole her purse containing about $300. The man fled in a blue van with tags M176163 driven by a woman.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $6,000 was stolen between Aug. 31 and Tuesday from Lucent Technologies in the 200 block of Schilling Circle.

Burglaries: Computer equipment valued at more than $9,000 was stolen between Aug. 31 and Tuesday from two suites in a building in the 1900 block of Greenspring Drive in Timonium.

Garrison Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A gray 1998 Mazda with tags 402 BFA was stolen Tuesday in the 7900 block of Brockford Circle.

Stolen vehicle: A 1990 Chevrolet Cavalier, tags JBD 901, was stolen Tuesday in the 10400 block of Mill Run Circle.
