Bengals: Placed DE Kevin Henry, DT Glen Steele and FB Nick Williams on physically unable to perform list and DB Jared Lee on active/ non-football injury list.

Browns: Signed OL Paul Zukauskasto to three-year contract, DE Mark Word to one-year contract and RB Benjamin Gay to two-year contract. Released DE Kerry Linnear and OL Noel LaMontagne.

Chargers: Agreed to three-year contract with DB Tay Cody, third-round draft pick.

49ers: Signed DE Menson Holloway, sixth-round draft pick, to three-year contract.

Lions: Signed LB Jason Glenn. Re-signed G Andy Vincent. Released TE Khary Jackson and LB Andre Offing.

Rams: Signed free-agent TE Steve Bush, who had been with Bengals.
