The Elkridge community offers 10 floor plans situated on one-third-acre home sites. The homes are on public water and sewer systems and offer gas heat and hot water.

Standard features include hardwood foyer, brick fronts, marble-surround fireplace and stained oak handrails.

Base prices range from $299,950 to $369,950 for 2,100 square feet to 3,100 square feet.
