Two men with shotguns held up a convenience store in Ellicott City early yesterday, Howard County police said.
The men entered the store in the 4200 block Montgomery Road at 1:45 a.m., displayed the weapons and announced a robbery. They took cash from the register and ran off on foot behind the store, police said.
