The name of Tenille Garrison, a teacher at Furley Elementary in Baltimore, was misspelled in a Page 1A article Saturday about a city school reform program. Also, a first-grader pictured on the front page, Emmanuel Lawson, was misidentified in the caption.

An article on Page 1A Friday about the census incorrectly stated that Glen Burnie resident Pola Hemway would lose her military pension if she married her boyfriend. In fact, she would lose the health benefits she receives from the military.

The Sun regrets the errors.
