A sweet potato pie contest will be held in downtown Baltimore to commemorate Juneteenth Jubilee, an African-American holiday.
The contest will be held at Lexington Market's center court from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 7. The winner will be flown to Sarasota, Fla., to compete in a national pie contest. All pies will be donated to charity.
