Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Burglary: A mounted trophy bass in a frame, valued at more than $100, was stolen Monday from a house in the first block of E. Hamburg St.

Burglary: Gold jewelry, several watches and two videocassette recorders were stolen May 1 from a house in the 900 block of S. Paca St. by someone who entered through a rear window.

Theft from vehicle: Two cellular phones - each valued at nearly $150 - were stolen Monday from a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier parked in the 1500 block of Ramsay St.

Southwestern District

Church burglary: Someone broke into Church of Christ in the 3100 block of Lohr's Lane overnight Sunday through the wall of an adjoining building.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 88, was about to enter her apartment in the 3000 block of Romaric Court about 4 p.m. Monday when a man approached her from behind and stole her purse containing cash and property - all valued at more than $50.

Robbery: A man, 17, was in the 2300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway about 7 p.m. Monday when two older men, one with a bottle, robbed him of two pieces of jewelry and his cap. Before the men fled, the victim was struck over the head with the bottle and suffered a laceration.

Eastern District

Robbery: A woman, 34, was about to enter a MTA bus in the 400 block of E. North Ave. about 1 p.m. Monday when a man stole her purse containing a money order for $350 and personal property.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1986 Ford F-150 pickup truck with tags 63J 141 was stolen Sunday in the 300 block of W. 30th St.

Stolen Car: A 1998 Pontiac Bonneville with tags BSY 210 and equipped with an alarm was stolen in the 5500 block of Woodlawn Ave. Monday.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Four tires and their rims - all valued at $500 - were stolen between May 4 and Monday from a shed at P&G Welding in the 1100 block of Pulaski Highway.
