Lots of games require jumping ability, which you can improve by training, both for coordination and strength. Ideas - after stretching your leg muscles:
Put a cardboard box down and jump over it, side to side. Start with a low box. As you improve, find a taller one.
Hold a ball in your hands and squat. Then jump as high as you can, extending the ball above your head. Repeat.
Bend your knees, and jump straight up, opening your legs in a V shape. Repeat.
Pretend you're a frog, jumping forward as powerfully and as far as you can.
