Bernard Williams Sr., 73, Majestic Cleaners employee

Bernard Williams Sr., a retired employee of a dry-cleaning establishment, died Wednesday of undetermined causes at Union Memorial Hospital. He was 73.

A longtime resident of the 3900 block of Greenmount Ave., Mr. Williams worked for Majestic Cleaners on Lawndale Road in Roland Park for 40 years. He retired in 1998.

Born and raised in Northeast Baltimore, he was educated in city public schools. His marriage to Ethel Johnson ended in divorce.

Mr. Williams enjoyed dancing, listening to Big Band music and visiting Ocean City.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Faith Christian Fellowship Church, 505 E. 42nd St.

Mr. Williams is survived by two sons, Bernard Williams Jr. of Reston, Va., and Arnold Williams of Baltimore; a brother, Robert Williams of Baltimore; and two sisters, Mildred Wesley and Florence E. Bennett, both of Baltimore.
