Vermont (8-5) at No. 9 Towson (10-3)

What: America East tournament semifinal

Site: Minnegan Stadium

Time: 4 p.m.

Outlook: The America East winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Towson has beaten both Vermont and Hofstra in the regular season and the Tigers are favored to win the tournament as the top seed playing both games on its home field. If Towson wins today, it will meet the winner of tonight's 7 o'clock Hofstra-Delaware semifinal in the title game Saturday at 1 p.m. at Minnegan Stadium. The Tigers' Justin Berry holds every faceoff record at the school, including the career mark of 438, the single-season record of 188 and the single-game mark of 24.
