Gettysburg wins Centennial title

Ric Bremer scored five goals and Tomm Pearce four to help Gettysburg down Washington College, 15-7, yesterday in the final of the Centennial Conference men's lacrosse tournament.

The win gave the Bullets (14-1) their fourth straight conference championship and assured them their 11th straight berth in the NCAA tournament.

Craig Rentch led the Shoremen (9-7) with three goals.

Mount St. Mary's 14, St. Joseph's 10: The Mountaineers used a seven-goal fourth quarter to drop St. Joseph's in a Metro Athletic Coference game in Emmitsburg. Josh Warfield led the Mount with four goals.
