Pyzik pitched the Patriots to victories over then-No. 10 C. Milton Wright and then-No. 2 Mount de Sales, both by 2-1 scores. She struck out seven, walked one and allowed six hits against C.M. Wright, and scored the winning run in the fifth inning. She pitched 10 innings, struck out seven, allowed five hits and one unearned run against Mount de Sales. The four-year starter has a 6-2 record and 1.54 ERA. She was a four-year starter and an All-South and All-State goalkeeper in soccer, and also played two years of varsity basketball. She'll attend Mount St. Mary's.
