Mexican-flavored treats

If you're throwing a fiesta to celebrate the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo, you may want to try this recipe from Nestle. Combine 4 ounces each of cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese and diced green chilies with 3 sliced green onions and a 2 1/4 -ounce can chopped ripe olives. Divide the mixture into four parts and spread each part over an 8-inch soft taco-size flour tortilla. Roll up each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Remove wrap and slice each roll into six 3/4 -inch pieces. Serve with your favorite salsa. Makes 24 appetizer servings.
