New homes

April 22, 2001

Beazer Homes has six home sites available at the Oaks at Garrison Forest, a single-family-home community in Baltimore County. A sales office is open, and a model home will open at the end of May.

A total of 31 lots will be available at the Owings Mills community, which offers traditional two-story Colonial homes on half-acre sites. The homes are on public water and sewer systems and come with gas heat and cooking.

Standard features among the six home plans include a brick front, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, two-story foyer, two--car garage and oak vanities.

The designs range from 2,696 square feet to 3,409 square feet and have base prices from $364,990 to $408,990.

The model, the Radcliffe, starts at $368,990 for 3,028 square feet and includes a sun room, lower-level family room, expanded second-floor layout and a third bath on the second level.

To get to the Oaks at Garrison Forest, take Interstate 695 to Reisterstown Road. Head north and make a right on Greenspring Valley Road, then left on Garrison Forest Road. The sales center, which is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday, is on the left.
