Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Bank robbery: An apparently unarmed man robbed Susquehanna Bank in the first block of Light St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 3 p.m. yesterday and escaped on foot.

Northern District

Robbery: A man, 26, was getting money from an automated teller machine in the 3100 block of Greenmount Ave. about 12:30 a.m. Sunday when a man, who implied he was armed with a handgun, ordered him to withdraw the allowed maximum amount. The robber fled with $200.

Southern District

Theft: A 1997 Kawasaki dirt bike was stolen from the bed of a pickup truck parked in the 1400 block of Filbert St. between April 7 and Monday.

Theft: Four tires and rims - all valued at more than $3,000 - were stolen Monday from a trailer parked in the 200 block of Frankfurst Ave.

Theft: Jewelry valued at $700 was stolen Monday from a house in the 2700 block of Seamon Ave. in Cherry Hill. A male suspect was being sought.

Theft: Power tools, a power water sprayer and a toolbox - all of unknown value - were stolen Monday from the back yard of a house in the 3200 block of Magnolia Ave.

Burglary: A 19-inch television valued at $400 was stolen Monday from a house in the 1000 block of W. Cross St.

Southeastern District

Stolen vehicle: A black2000 Toyota 4-Runner with tags M398601 was stolen Monday in the 5800 block of Erdman Ave.

Northwestern District

Burglary: An undisclosed sum of cash was stolen from KennedyFried Chicken in the 5200 block of Reisterstown Road on Monday. The thief entered through a rear door.

Stolen vehicle: A 1994 Dodge Caravan with tags 651998M was stolen Sunday in the 2800 block of Santa Fe Ave.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A man armed with a knife robbed International House of Pancakes in the 11800 block of Reisterstown Road of more than $300 about 7:30 p.m. Monday. The robber drove off in a 1996 Chevrolet Corsica with tags HAJ 449. The car was stolen Sunday at Owings Court and Franklin Boulevard while the owner, a 19-year-old woman, making a purchase at a flower stand.

Carjacking: A man who implied he had a handgun forced a woman out of her 1995 Ford Explorer in the 3800 block of Washington Ave. about 4:30 p.m. Sunday and drove off. Moments later, the man lost control of the sport utility vehicle near the entrance of nearby Milford Academy and struck two cars. He fled on foot.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Cash and computer equipment - all valued at nearly $1,500 - were stolen overnight Sunday from Country Plant Store in the 3600 block of E. Joppa Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Theft/arrest: A woman, 34, was arrested Monday when she tried to leave Burlington Coat Factory at Security Square Mall without paying for two pairs of pants, a pair of shoes and a shirt - all valued at nearly $50.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A mountain bicycle and a bicycle seat were stolen between March 30 and April 10 from a shed in the 8000 block of Rider Ave. The burglary was reported Monday.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Tools and equipment - all of unknown value - were stolen overnight Sunday from a trailer parked at a construction site in the first block of Rosanda Court.

Burglary: Someone forced the door to an apartment in the first block of Mars Road on Monday and stole jewelry, a videocassette recorder and a television, all valued at nearly $1,000.
