A Finksburg woman was arrested yesterday and charged with trying to hire someone to kill her former husband.
Constance Lee Etzler, 45, was charged with solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder, said Lt. Bud Frank, a state police spokesman. Frank said Etzler was being held without bond in the Carroll Detention Center, pending a bail review hearing.
