Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery/arrest: A man, 52, was fueling his car at an Amoco station in the 4900 block of Erdman Ave. about 3 a.m. yesterday when two men robbed him of his keys and a wallet containing credit cards and $200. Moments later, Officers Charles Marshall and Dean Kolackovsky arrested one of the alleged robbers. The other escaped with the victim's property. Russell Allen Blalock, 19, of no fixed address, was charged with unarmed robbery. Police said he was released from the city Detention Center about two weeks ago after serving eight months of a two-year term for the armed robbery of the same Amoco station in April 2000.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 21, of $10 about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday near the victim's home in the 4800 block of Frankford Ave. The robbers drove off in a Buick Riviera of unknown year.

Northwestern District

Carjacking: Two men, one with a handgun, forced a man, 45, out of his 1997 Nissan Altima in the 4000 block of Liberty Heights Ave. about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and drove off. The car has tags FLV 763.

Burglary: A Winchester .308-caliber rifle, a scope, a compact disc player, stereo speakers, gold jewelry, a watch and a videocassette recorder -- all valued at nearly $2,700 -- were stolen Monday from a house in the 4800 block of Wilhern Ave.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 1500 block of Broening Highway of $60 about 5 a.m. Monday, then fired a shot at the clerk. The bullet struck a cash register.

Burglary: Cash, coins, a headset, a beeper, cigarettes and a telephone -- all valued at $200 -- were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 400 block of Angelsea St.

Southern District

Theft: Equipment used to install aluminum siding -- valued at $1,500 -- was stolen April 5 from a 1992 Dodge Ram parked in the 1600 block of S. Hanover St. The theft was reported Tuesday.

Theft: A 12-gauge shotgun valued at more than $500 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4600 block of Pennington Ave.

Northern District

Theft: Two cellular phones and a computer terminal -- all valued at more than $5,000 -- were stolen Tuesday from a Verizon Communications van parked in the 2400 block of N. Howard St.

Burglary: Computer equipment and a cordless telephone -- all valued at more than $1,600 -- were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 3300 block of Guilford Ave.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 44, was placing items into her car in the first block of Slade Ave. in Pikesville about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of her purse containing cash and property -- all valued at more than $100.

Robbery: A man robbed a woman, 90, of her purse containing cash and property -- all valued at $80 -- about 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 6800 block of Campfield Road.

Burglary: A stainless-steel Smith & Wesson .357-caliber Magnum handgun -- valued at $800 -- was stolen Tuesday from a house in the first block of Ritters Lane in Owings Mills.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the High's store in the 8700 block of Philadelphia Road of $70 about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Suspect sought: Terrence Duane Lunn, 27, of the 2500 block of Guilford Ave. has been charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the Feb. 13 shooting death of Tyrone Pugh, 38, of the 2500 block of Eutaw Place. Pugh was killed during a confrontation in the 2200 block of N. Fulton Ave. Anyone knowing Lunn's whereabouts is urged to call Detective John Gipe at 410-396-2100.
