Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Drug arrests: District drug enforcement unit officers arrested two men who were sitting in a 1997 Ford Expedition in the 5200 block of Hillwell Road on Friday night. Police seized 4 ounces of cocaine with a street value of more than $4,000, the vehicle and $162. Louis Lambert, 31, of the 2800 block of Claybrooke Drive in Woodlawn, Baltimore County, and Harvey Goodman, 42, of the 3800 block of Harlem Ave., were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The vehicle was listed to Lambert.

Southern District

Burglary/arrest: Police arrested a man Sunday inside a house in the 1300 block of Towson St. and seized a gold ring -- valued at $200 -- that belonged to the occupant. Entry was gained through a second-floor window. Mark Smith, 21, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary.

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone valued at $300 was stolen Sunday from a 1998 Ford pickup truck parked in the 500 block of S. Charles St.

Northwestern District

Burglary: Nearly 100 pairs of boots in various styles -- all valued at more than $7,000 -- were stolen Sunday from Cinderella Shoes in the 5100 block of Park Heights Ave. Entry was gained through the roof.

Burglary: At least 20 men's suits and two circular saws -- all valued at more than $4,000 -- were stolen from a house in the 5300 block of Denmore Ave. during the weekend. The thief entered through the wall of an adjoining vacant house.

Burglary: A lawnmower and lawn-care equipment -- all valued at $135 -- were stolen Sunday from a shed in the 3400 block of Cotwood Place.

Southeastern District

Theft: A cellular phone valued at $100 was stolen Saturday from a 1995 Dodge Neon parked in the 2000 block of Fountain St.

Stolen vehicle: A white four-door Ford with Virginia tags YJA 4166 was stolen Sunday in the 5800 block of Holabird Ave.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A rented 1994 Plymouth Acclaim with tags ED 2336 was stolen Sunday in the 5100 block of St. Georges Ave.

Theft: Two men stole 72 cans of infant formula -- valued at $236 -- Sunday from the Food King store in the 5300 block of York Road in Govans.

Burglary: A laptop computer, gold jewelry and cash -- all valued at more than $2,000 -- were stolen Sunday from a house in the 2400 block of N. Charles St.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A fax machine, several pieces of artwork and a cellular phone -- all valued at $3,000 -- were stolen Sunday from a house in the 9700 block of Red Clover Court.
