Award of Excellence presented by council

The Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland honored individuals and companies at its 23rd annual Award of Excellence ceremony, held Wednesday night at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore.

The Award of Excellence program recognizes local home builders for design, livability and value of their products to homebuyers.

The following individuals were honored:

John Migliore of Pulte Homes was named sales manager of the year.

Single-family detached: Melynda Kamalich, Ryland Homes

Rookie salesperson of the year: Libby Epperley, Ryan Homes
