Schools holding session for Hispanic parents

Howard County public schools will hold a seminar for Hispanic parents from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today in the media center at Running Brook Elementary School, 5215 W. Running Brook Road, Columba.

Superintendent John R. O'Rourke and Robert Glascock, director of curriculum, will speak. The agenda will include the importance of education and the partnership between school and family.

Baby-sitting and refreshments will be provided.
