New positions

Wenderlich rises to VP at Constellation Nuclear

Constellation Nuclear LLC, a subsidiary of Constellation Energy Group, promoted Raymond L. Wenderlich to vice president.

A projects manager for Constellation Nuclear since 1999, Wenderlich will continue to lead the transition of the Nine Mile Point nuclear power plant from Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. and other sellers into Constellation Energy Group's merchant generation fleet. The sale is scheduled to close in mid-year. He previously worked for Constellation's Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. in various management positions, focusing on customer care and energy sales and services.

A Navy veteran, he is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and has a master's degree in engineering administration from George Washington University.


Leavitt joins Doner Direct as account manager

Doner Direct hired Michael Leavitt as an account manager in its Baltimore office, focusing on the ADT Home Security and Orkin Pest Control accounts.

Formerly with the Starcom Media Services division of Leo Burnette, Leavitt holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago.

Kelly, Leith are artists with Campbell Group

The Campbell Group appointed Libba Kelly as a senior production artist and Ginny Leith as a production artist.

Kelly is a graduate of Platt College in San Diego, Calif. Leith is a graduate of Stockton College in New Jersey.

Banking and finance

Moore is director at Amex Tax and Business Services

American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. promoted Craig A. Moore to a director of the American Express Co. subsidiary. A certified public accountant based in the Timonium office, he primarily serves clients in the insurance industry group.

Moore is a graduate of Salisbury State University and lives in Baltimore. He a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Financial Examiners.

Commercial Real Estate

Woest is an associate at Preston Partners

Preston Partners Inc. hired Amy T. Woest as an associate at the Lutherville commercial real estate services firm.

Woest is a graduate of Western Maryland College and formerly was with Provident Mortgage Corp. Woest's primary responsibilities are assisting clients in placing interim and long-term financing for properties in the mid-Atlantic region.
