Baltimore City
Central District
Drug arrests: Two men and a woman were arrested Monday in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Ave. after district drug enforcement unit officers observed them allegedly dealing in narcotics. Officers seized 10 vials of cocaine and $79. Leonard Jackson, 26, of the 100 block of S. Conkling St. was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Earl Gardner, 40, of the 2600 block of Woodland Ave. and Annie Robinson, 33, of the 700 block of N. Carrollton Ave. were charged with simple possession of cocaine.
Drug arrest: District drug enforcement unit officers saw a teen-age male remove gelatin capsules of suspected drugs from a hiding place Monday in the 2200 block of Pennsylvania Ave. and arrested him. Officers seized 22 gel caps of heroin, 17 vials of cocaine and more than $50. The youth, 15, of the 1800 block of Druid Hill Ave. was charged as a juvenile with possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to distribute.
Southwestern District
Drug arrest: Police arrested a man, 26, Monday in the 500 block of S. Smallwood St. and seized 17 vials of cocaine, valued at $170. Allen Yates of the 700 block of Allendale Road was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Drug arrest: After observing a man allegedly selling heroin Monday in the 500 block of N. Denison St., police arrested him and seized 14 plastic bags containing heroin valued at $140 and more than $360. Gerald Johnson, 19, of the 1100 block of Gleneagle Road was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
Southeastern District
Robbery: A gunman robbed the Royal Farms store in the 6100 block of Holabird Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 11 p.m. Sunday and escaped in a car driven by a second man.
Baltimore County
Garrison Precinct
Robbery: A gunman forced his way into an apartment in the 9000 block of Appleford Circle in Owings Mills about 2:40 a.m. Monday, struck the female occupant with the weapon and bound her, and stole cash and jewelry - all valued at more than $1,000.
Parkville Precinct
Racial incident: Racial slurs were spray-painted overnight Saturday on the exterior walls and siding of a vacant house for sale in the 2400 block of Woodcroft Road.
Towson Precinct
Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 6300 block of Sherwood Road of $64 about 2:20 a.m. Monday.
