Toll Brothers Inc. has four homesites remaining, including a furnished model home, at South River Colony, a community of single-family homes in Anne Arundel County.

Located in Edgewater, the homes are situated on lots of one-third acre to one acre and come with public water and sewer systems and gas heat and cooking. The community features a golf course, walking trails, a pool and tennis courts.

Toll Brothers offers five models, ranging from 2,921 square feet to 3,767 square feet, with base prices from $462,975 to $511,975.

Standard features include a two-story hardwood foyer, two-car garage, gourmet kitchen, dual-zone heating and central air conditioning, and custom oak staircase.

The model home, the Elkins Federal, has a base price of $493,975 for 3,408 square feet. The home is built with an optional solarium for an additional $20,900.

The first floor has a two-story foyer, 15-by-13-foot living room, 15-by-13 dining room, 21-by-18 kitchen-breakfast area, 20-by-17 two-story family room, laundry and powder rooms and 13-by-12 study.

The second floor consists of a 22-by-22-foot master bedroom with sitting area, master bath, and 16-by-12 walk-in closet. It also has a 14-by-11 bedroom and 12-by-11 bedroom that share a full bath, and a 13-by-11 bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath.

The sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment.

To get to the community from Baltimore, take Interstate 695 to Interstate 97 south. Take Route 50 east to Aris T. Allen Boulevard. Turn right onto Route 2 south, and then go three miles to the South River Colony entrance on the left.
