Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Drug arrests: Police raided a house Tuesday in the 100 block of S. Broadway and arrested one man and a woman and seized 15 ounces of cocaine with a street value of $43,400, a 1988 Toyota truck and more than $5,500. They arrested a second man on an undisclosed street. Those arrested are suspected of supplying cocaine to drug dealers and addicts in Fells Point, Washington Hill, Butchers Hill, Canton and Highlandtown. The raid culminated a four-month investigation. Sergio Morales, 26, of the 1800 block of Gough St. and Mariano Gutierrez, 31, and Aracely Morena, 23, both of the South Broadway address were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a male, 19, of $20 about 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of Jefferson St.

Burglary: Computers valued at $8,000 were stolen Tuesday from Maryland Waterproofing and Radon Reduction in the 800 block of North Point Road.

Northwestern District

Drug arrests: Drug enforcement unit officers were in the 3500 block of W. Rogers Ave. on Tuesday when they observed a man and woman allegedly involved in a drug transaction in front of Arlington Elementary School. When the pair parted, police arrested the woman and seized a vial of cocaine. Officers recovered a paper bag containing more than 20 vials of cocaine from an exterior stairway of the school. Officers arrested the man a block away and seized more than $100. Robert Dunstan, 27, of the 6800 block of Eberle Drive was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Donna Hutchenson, 32, of the 5600 block of Park Heights Ave. was charged with simple possession of cocaine.

Theft: A radio/compact disc player, cellular phone charger, calculator and tags GYA 623 - all valued at nearly $700 - were stolen Tuesday from a 1994 Ford Taurus parked in the 2900 block of Liberty Heights Ave.

Eastern District

Shooting/arrest: A man, 57, was arrested by housing authority police in the shooting Tuesday of another man during an argument in a house in the 900 block of Webb Court. The victim, 36, was shot in the right leg and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery: Three men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a man of his black leather jacket - valued at $60 - in the 1000 block of N. Chester St. about 11 p.m. Tuesday. Before the men drove off in a silver-colored car, the gunman shot at the victim several times.

Southwestern District

Drug arrest: District drug enforcement unit Officer Peter Sullivan was in the 3500 block of Clifton Ave. on Tuesday when he observed a man allegedly selling drugs. He arrested the man and seized $168 and 23 plastic bags containing cocaine with a street value of $230. Robert Riddick, 20, of the 2400 block of Chelsea Terrace was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary/assault: Two men, one the former boyfriend of the female occupant of a house in the 10300 block of Malcolm Circle, forced their way into her home Tuesday and stole jewelry, a compact disc player and other property. When the woman ordered them out at knifepoint, the former boyfriend assaulted her and both men fled.

Burglary: Cash, a 35 mm camera, fox fur coat and a watch - all valued at nearly $5,000 - were stolen from a house in the 900 block of Huntsman Road between March 1 and Tuesday. The thief entered through a door.

Burglary: Golf clubs, golf gloves, a rain suit and an umbrella - all valued at $1,350 - were stolen from a garage in the 2200 block of Springlake Drive in Timonium between Feb. 25 and March 4.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, compact discs and a videocassette recorder - all valued at $1,700 - were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 12900 block of Harford Road.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Tools and an air-compressor - all valued at $1,923 - were stolen between March 2 and Tuesday from Rauser Contracting Co. in the 13500 block of Hanover Pike.
