Central District

Drug arrests: Drug enforcement unit officers were in the 900 block of Bennett Place when they observed two men allegedly selling cocaine from a vacant house Monday. They arrested two men and seized 34 gelatin capsules of crack cocaine. Melvin Dorsey, 38, of the 500 block of N. Schroeder St. and Algenar Foote, 23, of the 1400 block of Wilmer Court were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Drug arrests: Police arrested a man and seized 18 vials of crack cocaine after they bought the drug Monday in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. Dwayne Harris, 38, of the 100 block of W. Hamburg St. was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. In a separate incident, police bought drugs Monday in the 500 block of Laurens St. They arrested a man and seized 15 gelatin capsules of heroin valued at $100. Carlton Morehead, 47, of the 1800 block of W. Lafayette Ave. was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A television and videocassette recorder -- all valued at $550 -- were stolen from Dailey & Associates in the 2600 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway overnight Sunday.

Southeastern District

Theft: Two cameras -- all valued at $1,200 -- were stolen between Jan. 12 and Monday from an office at Broening Manor Apartments in the 1300 block of Bonsal St.

Northern District

Theft: An AM-FM compact disc player/radio valued at $400 was stolen Monday from a 1993 Mazda parked in the 3500 block of Greenmount Ave.,

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Police responding to a burglary in progress Sunday in the first block of Polaris Court arrested a boy and girl -- both teen-agers -- as they fled the dwelling. Another teen-age male was being sought. No property appeared to be missing.

Robbery: A male, 20, was about to enter his car on the Towson Town Center parking lot about 5 p.m. Monday when he was stabbed in the chest by one of two males, who robbed him of $35. The victim was in good condition yesterday at St. Joseph Medical Center.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: Two men struck a boy, 15, on Bero Road near Lansdowne Road about noon Monday and robbed him of video games and compact discs, all valued at $130.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed a woman, 32, of $40 about 5:30 a.m. Monday in the 6600 block of Walther Blvd.
