Annapolis man arrested and charged in fatal shooting of teen-ager in Jan.

An 18-year-old Annapolis man who has been wanted by police for more than a month was arrested yesterday and charged with first-degree murder in connection with a fatal shooting in January.

LoMichael Delvon Booze of the 700 block of Newtown Drive was arrested about 9:45 a.m. in a Saint Margarets home after police received an anonymous tip, police said. He was charged with fatally shooting Alexander Henderson, 15, of the 1800 block of Chatfield Terrace in Severn on Jan. 12, during what police described as a street robbery near Jacobs Road and Stillmeadows Drive in Severn. Another teen was wounded by gunfire and two others were beaten during the incident, police said.

Booze also was charged with use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, three counts of armed robbery and three counts of first-degree assault, police said.

Booze was being held without bail and is scheduled to appear at a bond hearing today.
