O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA announced that it will handle all new-home sales for Masonry Homes Inc.,
It will mark the first time that Masonry Homes has entered into a direct sales management relationship with a residential real estate broker, according to a spokeswoman for Masonry.
Masonry Homes is the 12th-largest builder in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
OPF will manage Masonry Homes' existing sales associates and staff - a total of 11 employees - in nine single-family and townhouse communities in Carroll and Frederick counties. Dick Brawley, an associate broker with OPF, will be the on-site director of sales for the communities.
Masonry Homes' sales associates will become licensed agents through OPF, which will be the broker of record. Masonry Homes will continue to do its own marketing.
The Carroll County communities include Essich, Windsor Estates at Furnace Hills, The Woods at Avondale, The Highlands at North Carroll Farms, Winchester Square, Piney Ridge Village and Benjamin's Claim.
The Frederick County communities include Harvest Ridge and New Market West.
