LANCASTER, Pa. - Nebraska's fifth-ranked Todd Beckerman (133 pounds) of Crofton dropped a 10-2 major decision to top-ranked and defending NCAA champion Eric Juergens of Iowa, in the final bout of last night's National Wrestling Coaches' Association All-Star Wrestling Classic at the Franklin & Marshall's sold-out, 2,800-capacity Mayser Center. Juergens is 8-1. Beckerman is 16-3.

In another bout, Pennsylvania's fifth-ranked Yoshi Nakamura (157), teammate of freshmen Mike Faust (heavyweight) of Gilman and Jeff Eveleth (133) of Chesapeake-AA, scored seven points in the third period of his 9-3 rout of Iowa State's No. 7 Cole Sanderson. Two No. 1's went down, as fourth-ranked Mark Munoz (197) of Oklahoma State edged Nebraska's Brad Vering, 3-2, and Wisconsin's No. 2 Don Pritzlaff (165) nipped Iowa State's Joe Heskett, 3-2, in overtime.
