Neumann is Cornerstone new business director

Patti Neumann joined Cornerstone as director of business development. Her responsibilities include building business community relationships and introducing prospects to the Baltimore agency. A Baltimore resident, the Trinity College graduate formerly operated her own marketing communications company, From Bricks2Clicks. She is active in several community organizations, including The Wellness Community and the Jewish Big Brother/Big Sister League.

SunTrust appoints Farno senior vice president

SunTrust Bank, Maryland appointed Gregory A. Farno a senior vice president in its commercial banking group. He was formerly with Bank of America, most recently as a senior vice president. The Lutherville resident holds an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Robert Morris Associates and the Commercial Finance Association.

Eric Orlinsky a partner at Saul Ewing law firm

Saul Ewing LLP named Eric G. Orlinsky a partner in the regional law firm. He is vice chair of the firm's New Economy services group and and co-chair of its venture capital practice. A University of Maryland law graduate, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore City and serves on numerous committees. He is principal author and editor of the ABA Handbook for the Conduct of Shareholders Meetings.

Nowalk, Holzman, Dvorak advance at Continental

Continental Realty Corp., a Towson-based property management and development company, named Christopher J. Nowalk vice president of commercial operations, William Holzman leasing manager and Caroline Dvorak assistant mall manager.

Nowalk directs the firm's redevelopment, construction and capital improvement projects, manages properties' financial performance and supervises commercial property managers. A University of Maryland graduate, the Columbia resident was formerly with First Washington Realty Trust. Holzman joined the firm in 1997 as a commercial leasing representative. A Baltimore resident, he is a law graduate of the University of Baltimore. Dvorak, who joined the firm in 1998 as an administrative assistant, is assigned to Reisterstown Road Plaza.
