Ivan R. Sabel, director, exercised an option for 5,000 shares of common stock at $9.25 each Dec. 5 and sold 5,000 shares at $20.44 each Dec. 5 and now holds none.

Susan D. Goff, vice president, exercised an option for 27,500 shares of common stock at $7.94 to $16 each Dec. 11 and sold 27,000 shares at $20.44 each Dec. 11 and now holds 15,857 shares.
