Police probe fatal shooting of Pimlico man, 21

Baltimore police are investigating the fatal shooting Friday evening of a 21-year-old Pimlico man.

Quinten Darnell Brown of the 5100 block of Woolverton Ave. was shot several times at 6:18 p.m. in the 3100 block of Spaulding Ave. in Pimlico, police said. He then made his way through a lot to a liquor store at 5117 Park Heights Ave. Brown, who, according to police records, also spelled his first name "Quentin," was taken to Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead at 6:55 p.m., police said.

Police had not determined a motive in the shooting and said they had no suspects.In Baltimore County

Homicide unit investigates death of Dundalk woman

DUNDALK - Baltimore County police are investigating the death of a 44-year-old Dundalk woman.

Police said the family of Gomti Rasik Patel, who lived in the 3100 block of Wallford Drive, discovered her body in her apartment yesterday afternoon. Patel had suffered trauma to her upper body.

The investigation is being handled by the homicide unit.
